I want to become a Reseller of your services. Is that possible?Unfortunately, not at this stage.
A lot of our web designer/developer clients setup accounts for themselves to manage their client domain names, but no branding of TheConsole takes place, so if you are to provide the individual domain name login details to your clients domain - the client would know that the services are provided by Giwia.
Are there any Account fees?
Giwia services are available on Yearly plans only. You will be issued an invoice for the renewal of your yearly service 30 days prior to expiry.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, the system will automatically calculate the pro rata credit for the unused services left over on the yearly subscription and subtract it from the total of the upgrade order. So in effect, all you are paying is the difference between the old and new packages.
Is there a minimum contract?
All subscriptions are on a yearly basis.
